The Brewers have some good OF depth that TB could probably get a young one from them, one of the ideas I've been wanting would be a trade that includes Tyler Black and moving him to LF where his speed will play up, he could turn into a poor man's Carl Crawford.

Yeah, I think the Rays match up really well with the Brewers on a SP and SS for future value deal. I think they get something done.

I liked the Rays trading for Quero before he was on anyone’s radar and while he rose up the prospect ranks, but with him coming off a shoulder surgery to his throwing arm, I no longer have any interest. His value lies behind the plate and he needs to show he’s still the same guy back there.

I have similar worries about Quero, and I remember you being high on him before anyone else last year, but I really like the other guys too. Letson went from high 80s as an 18 year old to touching 97 last year. Jadher Areinamo is a lot better than scouting services are giving him credit for. He could easily be a top 100 prospect next year, as he doesn't strike out, excellent base stealer, and carries a high average that isn't caused by a high BABIP. Problem is he makes BLowe look like a giant. Wilken had a .240 BABIP last year in spite of hitting pretty much everything hard. If that turns out to be bad luck and not too many 3 hopper ground balls, he could be a stud. I think of this trade as seeking out high bust potential, but absolute starpower if the 80th percentile hits on any of them. Tons and tons of risk...none of these guys are guarantees to even make the MLB, but they could all be MLB regulars in 3 years as well.
