If the Guardians are willing to move Josh Naylor they will have many suitors and it wouldn’t surprise me if it brought a 20 in value, yes even for a year. Can he receive a QO after the ‘25 season?

He would be QO eligible, I am pretty sure... Yeah i agree he would be worth more than than the current Value right now and I can see Seattle thinking about making a move for him... This is just one of those testing the waters type of ideas to see how people respond... But it's one that fits how Cleveland operates... You get the now Talent with control... Hancock and Packard, then down the road talent in Williamson and Garcia... Though if Naylors value does go up... I'll post that trade too... Edit: heres the next idea.. https://www.baseballtradevalues.com/trades/174001

I don't see Naylor being traded since Cleveland will offer him a fair value extension... Now that being stated, if he doesn't take an extension, they have to look at trading him... I think this ends up short of what Cleveland would want, but it has some merit in my mind..

Is he eligible to receive a QO after the ‘25 season?

I am pretty sure he is eligible... Don't exactly quote me on it since Guardians rarely ever use the QO, but I can't see why he isn't after being in Cleveland for most of his career
