1This trade assumes the Blue Jays do a stepback this offseason to retool. Locklear steps into the void left by Vlad and Tai Peete will likely be a Top 100 prospect as soon as this offseason, Dawel Joseph is a lottery ticket. I don't think Garver would actually be in this trade but I think this system is undervalued Vlad a bit and i needed to lower Vlad's salary. But Garver does provide some value to the Blue Jays as a bounceback mid-season trade candidate.
