I think maybe both teams, I don’t think Detroit will want to move Jobe and I don’t think Oakland will want the return to be headlined by Jobe, maybe as the 2nd piece.

Might be right on both of those. Detroit should’ve taken one of the college shortstops in my opinion. Interestingly, a Torkelson for Murphy trade with Detroit throwing in Graham and Clemens would be fascinating given oaklands vacancy at first.

... the defensively weakest of the top three catchers in the A's system is Soderstrom (A's #1 prospect, MLB overall #47 prospect, 38 TV), whose bat bumped him up to AAA last year and will likely play all three of C/DH/1B.

Down vote for Oakland. The A's haven't drafted a HS pitcher in the 1st round in over 20 years because of the risk involved and they don't seem inclined to trade for a HS arm until they have 100 IP in pro ball. The only exception to this pattern was when they traded two relief pitchers and got Jesus Luzardo back as part of the deal. They aren't going to want Dinlger when they already have Langeliers, Soderstrom, and Susac on the organizational depth chart. Graham's a Maybe. Baddoo has been a below-average hitter since mid-2021.
