Yesterday I proposed a similar trade where the Rays sent Eflin and Aroz to the Dodgers for the MLB ready R.Ryan and far off toolsy SS (J.Vargas) and COF (E.Quintero). I don't think that trade works all that great for the Rays, who will need an Aroz replacement right away. It also doesn't work great for the Dodgers who won't have a place for M.Vargas if they add Aroz. So this trade replaces Quintero with M.Vargas.
