Cubs need a SS and don't seem likely to spend on Correa or Swanson (I'm not huge on him anyway). I don't believe Turner will sign with a team not on the coast and if the Red Sox part with Devers, they will likely resign Bogarts. The Cubs take back Baez and enough cash to bring down his AAV to 18mil/yr, allowing the Tigers to move on from a long term mistake on a team that needs rebuilt anyway. Madrigal is still the elite contact guy he was when drafted, just needs enough health to prove himself.
