9Hypothetically of course lol. Who says no?
Don't include Ramirez. They don't like him being bought up on here! No trade clause, winnable division etc lol
Twadds, sorry that you can handle facts and reality.
He literally stated he wanted to play for Cleveland and didn't want to play for a big market team publicly... He took millions less to stay in Cleveland and Cleveland gave him a no trade clause... It's not hard to understand... Also majority of the trade even IF JRam was available, wouldn't work... it would cost probably 3-4 top 100 prospects... JRam's Successor at 3B, A top SP prospect, 1-2 top 100 prospect then 1-2 more prospects... It would be more than 84 value to get him...
What does it have to do with anyone in here? He has a full no-trade clause dude. You think he's going to wave it a year after taking a significantly below market deal to stay in Cleveland? If he wanted to play for Seattle he would have declined Cleveland's offer and signed with Seattle for bazillions more. Sure, I bet it's fun to construct deals around JRam, but it's not happening.
Hook, line and sinker haha
Rodriguez provided Seattle with 5.3 WAR last season. There is over 9 WAR between JRam, Clase and Williams without factoring what top prospects Manzardo and DeLauter will provide. Like I said....insane.
Me
I say no, but it's crazy to think that one player in the league could have more excess value than all those inexpensive, very good players/prospects from Cleveland. I'm just gonna go ahead and call bullshit. I know it was posted in fun, but that is insane.
