2Brewers refuse. Locklear won't help for years and they don't want Bliss. Nothing close to what the Brewers would want for Williams.

Locklear will likely be up later this year and a long term 1B option when Hoskins leaves. Bliss is a solid prospect who would give them a potentially elite defensive infield with Bliss at 2B and Ortiz at SS. Berroa is also a plus stuff reliever that is likely 70% of Williams next year. The Brewers could try to hold out for more, but this would be a pretty good return for 2 years of a reliever.
