2Adell is out of options and has shown to date that looks to be a AAAA player. Suarez isn't much better. Cleveland keeps Bieber here.
I'm not opposed to taking a chance on Adell, but not at the cost of Bieber and Suarez isn't the type of pitcher I want to see in Cleveland. They have numerous better options than Suarez for the rotation.
