Rays get SS depth and an intriguing INF prospect. Sox get pitching prospects.

Rays are drowning in infielders, including SS depth. They need pitching and they need Franco to be found innocent (unlikely) or top SS prospect C.Williams to get to the Majors. This trade hurts the Rays because the additions don't improve the team and the subtractions are needed by the Rays.
