I like the idea of stocking up on young arms, but still can’t sign off on this one. Garcia is just not desirable, especially for a team that is trying to get more athletic and defensively-minded. Suppose you could DFA him, but…

Yeah mate I hear you. 2 years of him, could be a decent DH option as he has power, but that then fills up the DH spot. SF need more high upside prospects
