Cleveland would think about Keegan, but they won't trade Bieber unless they get an MLB ready prospect...
Rays aren’t doing this trade. Keegan is their only hope at catcher in the future, and Sandoval is already in arbitration. Rays don’t do major trades for players already in arbitration.
That's not always true, they traded for Civale last season...
I'm not sure if it's a good trade for the Angels - their OF is decent with Trout, Ward, and Moniak. Also Bieber is kind of overrated when his xERA is a 4.80
Civale was a deadline deal they made only because they'd lost 3 top SP to season ending injuries. It's also a deal they regret. Reports from the team's beat writer this offseason are that Civale is being shopped. So while there are exceptions to every rule, I think it's unlikely the Rays will be interested in Sandoval.

I think Cleveland would get around 10 BTV value for Bieber with the prices of SPs right now... I'll take Keegan, but Cleveland would have to get another player back in the deal...
