If the Mariner's have the payroll budget to add Polanco, Kepler and Cease, then they should definitely do this trade (or something similar). It strengthens their rotation, addresses their OF instability and allows Urias/Rojas to platoon at 3B, while not giving up any of their top prospects. I think their would likely be a desire to hold onto at least one of Colt Emerson or Michael Arroyo, so one might be swapped out for someone like Locklear, Hancock or Clase.
