4Cleveland would quickly say no, hang up, block the number, and report the call as spam. Any Clase trade has to add offense to Cleveland and Lux does not fill a need.
The Dodgers would also need a new shortstop in this scenario... I don't think they envision Rojas starting all that much.
Cleveland would honestly say no... They would take Vargas over Lux, plus the won't trade Straw any less than zero... So this is nowhere near close enough.

Busch or Vargas going back to the Guardians would make more sense from the Dodgers perspective, too. Lux is their starting SS.
