4SD drops salaries, A's add pitching.
Musgrove has a full No Trade and since the A's aren't even sure where they'll be playing after 2024 I don't see why anyone would waive a NTC to join them as nomads.
I couldn't resist trying. ...and you never know, SD is rapidly disassembling for a teardown & re-build and a player's NTC might just turn into "let's talk it over!". "Nomads": Players already are there, ...I guess it is natural for teams to be next? ...or will they just skip all that & jump to A.I. teams and contests?
SD isn't rebuilding, they are re-tooling. Joe is the hometown kid on a team friendly deal (if you look at the current market) they wont be looking to move him.
