For the Giants this is a no brainer. Giants need to add. I understand the Padres need more MLB ready players than prospects, but Arias as an amazing bat and Crawford will most likely stop 2-waying and focus on solely pitching who pitching wise should be ready next year, and Sliva is there to add. For the Mets they're getting Roupp who is on the cusp of being called up, nasty curve and McCray for the outfield who is 1 to 2 years away, which the Mets did say 2025.
