3If I were the Cleveland FO I would wait to trade Bieber until all of the big ticket free agents sign. His value on BTV may not change but in reality I think the demand from teams shut out on those free agents will increase. That being said I think Texas has a huge demand now for starting pitchers, so there is a very minor overpay on their part. Cleveland in return gets Porter, a very good SP prospect, Corniell,a not highly touted SP but good numbers in 2023, and Ortiz. Ortiz does not fit the typical Cleveland mold, but I love the power and can see him in the future slotting into a DH/occasional 1B role.
Rangers got to switch porter for Cole Winn in this trade Porter is top 100 prospect and Bieber value isn’t a top 100 guy. Cole Winn still make this trade a win for Cleveland

Very sensible! My counter would be Aiden Curry (2.5 value) instead of Winn (2.3 value) and Porter would no longer be included. Does this work? Thanks for your comment.
