1Ignore the cash coming to Cincy. If I’m Cleveland I would ask for more than Bieber’s current value. There will be competition from other teams, so I would take the best possible offer, and would probably wait until the top flight FA pitchers are signed. The teams shut out will be calling, and will have to pay a bit more. Worst case Cleveland keeps him.
