Down vote for Oakland. Ortiz is an interesting arm and would compete for a spot in the A's rotation... but they also have 23 pitchers already on the 40 man roster and the line-up isn't exactly a juggernaut. They can't afford to trade Noda without adding more bats and most FA hitters are going to sign with 29 other teams before agreeing to terms with the A's.
