Suggested by a Guardians fan in comments to another trade proposal. FYI- Norby in a little over one full AAA season (147G) was .295/.362/.498/.860 with 42 2B, 25 HR in a pitcher's park in Norfolk.

Guards fan here I do really like Norby's bat! Wonder if the Guards might demand a bit more (I think Norby for Bieber straight up is fair but CLEFO might not).

Norby may work if Cleveland believes that he can play RF.

My guess is that Chernoff would find it difficult to say no to this one.
