Steer was originally drafted by Cleveland but didn't sign... If Steer can play RF, it would be hard to skip this, but Cleveland is so high on Brito... It's hard to know, but Cleveland for sure wants Steer or Morel from the Cubs...
Feels like a proposal that would make CLE better in the short and long term, but not sure I see the Guardians front office packaging Bieber with a prospect. They haven't shown much tendency to do that with their front line SPs. That said, I like the swap!
