I don’t think Phillips would excite the Rays. Maybe Petty.
Chase is not available, for 1 year of service time, this is more then enough.

Lol. Not every trade is going to work out. If the Reds don’t want to part with Petty, then fine. Rays move on. Phillips isn’t getting it done in my opinion though.
LOL. With Glasgow's inability to stay healthy the Rays are not in a position of strength to demand much from any team. Glasgow pitched 120 innings last season, the most in 8 seasons. If Phillips does not do it, then fine. the Reds move on. Find someone else to take the risk and $25MM this season.
