8Bieber replaces Kershaw at top of LAD rotation. Even if LAD resigns him, he wont be able to play till august. They also get a reliable arm coming off back to back solid seasons. Guardians get a solid haul of LAD prospects along with Michael Grove, who replaces Bieber's spot in the rotation. Jonny DeLuca has MLB experience and played well for LAD this season before going down with hamstring issue. River Ryan and Peyton Martin are both rising LAD RHP arms who would deepen Cleveland's farm tremendously. Thoughts?
Michael Grove is terrible and has not shown that he can pitch in the majors. DeLuca seems mediocre at best. You mention Peyton Martin in your write up, yet Gelof is in the trade. This Guardian fan is not a fan of this proposal. I believe that Cleveland could do better, especially if adding a reliever. Take out Grove and De Los Santos and it gets a little better, but still not exciting.
Sincerely, I doubt Cleveland would be that interested in this deal... Grove would have to be replaced for sure in this deal and they want a more proven RH bat, than DeLuca probably...
I'd do a Ryan and DeLuca for Bieber yesterday. With DLS now in SD this deal needs to be modified. I usually feel like I have my fingers on the pulse of how Cleveland operates, but not at this time. I have no idea what their strategy is after underselling DLS and ridding themselves of a SP without acquiring more depth which is desperately needed now. Just have to remember that it's early.
It's close enough for more discussion to be relevant and worthwhile.. Some changes would not be out of the question. Any ideas would be worth considering.. on both sides of the deal.. Anything other than ".. waaaaaaaaaaah.. this guy bloze.. that guy duzn't.. blah blah blah...".. followed by no solution or response.. Thoughts?
I made a suggestion, yet you fail as usual with reading comprehension. You just like to be rude to anyone that has thoughts and opinions different than yours. I also don't know why you always post thoughts at the end of your post since you really don't want to hear them.
Pointing out rudeness... hmmm Being rude is something where your expertise fits.. it's ALL YOU EVER DO.. be rude.. Michael Grove = terrible DeLuca = Mediocre Better elsewhere.. Not exciting... Every single comment is negative.. Then complain when someone points out your rudeness.. by calling them rude.. smh.. s&)u...
A couple of guys that could be considered... Knack Frasso Galiz... Thoughts?
