I don't do this deal if I'm the Cardinals, to be honest. It's a good and fair proposal, but I'd rather acquire starting pitching through free agency as much as possible and not detract from the lineup. The lineup is good but not great, and likely won't be seeing any significant outside additions. If I'm trading for a starter, I'm getting a Glasnow or Bieber, both very good pitchers with a year of control
