2If the Brewers are going to trade Burnes, I feel like they will need to get more in return than they are giving up. This trade theoretically gives the Brewers a 2B/3B to fill a hole, and a few pitchers while the Orioles get an "ace" and a backup OF.
I think the Orioles would decline this trade offer. Ace? Did you watch his playoff game? He was an Ace in ‘18 and in ‘21, not so much now. Westburg for Burnes should get it done but you’d probably have to include Povich and I think the Orioles would still decline.
