Rays don't really have a need for another LHRP. In fact, that's why they traded Raley earlier this year. Too many lefty relievers. Rays do need outfield bats though, so trading former top prospect J.Lowe for pitching probably ain't happening.

Yeah trying to find teams with needs and surpluses that lineup is a dig- any idea what other teams might work for that third team (yanks and angels being the main instigators)?
