1This is a trade mentioned on ESPN.com. This move would free up $8 MM for the Brewers this year. Painter might replace Woody in the rotation long term. Stott to replace Adames at SS. With a Wong trade and the already completed Renfroe trade, that give the Brewers almost $30 MM to go shopping. They could potentially sign Christian Vazquez and Taijuan Walker and have some money left over to look for other bargains. The Phillies become an even more dominant team, especially after Harper returns. I could get behind this trade for both sides.
