This is a hard pass by the Rays. Kepler doesn't bring anything to the table for the Rays. Arozarena has a much better bat and Margot is a better all around player with a better bat than Kepler. Rays aren't going to pay Kepler $8.5MM to be their 4th outfielder and send J.Lowe back to the minors. Plus, the Rays are incredibly unlikely to trade a pick.
