2I know I might get hated on this trade, but the Braves get the Brewers 2 best prospect and some really good minor league pieces, then later they could be called up to be the next generation's great players.
Brewers say no thanks. Fried is a FA at the same time as Woodruff, Burnes, Lauer, and Houser. The Brewers are going to peddle Burnes and probably Woodruff because of salary and they know they have almost no chance of re-signing them. Fried would be more expensive than either one.
