Remove the 10mil and this should get the conversation started. Bellinger's glove, speed and lefty bat is going to cost Hou, NYY or someone else a top-5 team prospect. Anything less than a solid prospect should be rejected and the Cubs can tag a QO and get about a 6-win (WAR) compensation pick. These teams know this.
