Two front offices that have made several trades in the last year and a half come together to fill their needs once again. Starting pitching (especially controllable starting pitching) feels undervalued when I'm looking at possible India trades. This feels like something that has a shot at being accepted, unlike the Gore/India, Suarez/India, and Ober/India trades I was also looking at. Mariners have a ton of starting pitching right now and are in their window of contention. The Reds have a ton of middle infield depth and are about to start contending. The timelines match up with both teams. India slots straight into the Mariners lineup at 2nd and Miller slots straight into the Reds rotation.
