Cleveland for sure would say no and if they didn't, that means Morris isn't likely to stay healthy. They are higher on him than the value listed on here...

I have to add in an edit here... Canzone has been a monster at AAA. I think he should be worth more than 1.5. So I would get why Cleveland would do this, but... Canzone is a lefty hitter, Cleveland badly needs a righty... Secondly, Morris would be in the rotation right now if he was healthy to start the season and stayed healthy. He has too much talent to trade him for a lefty OF...
