Real trade w/ cash involved
Wasn't a huge fan until I realized Jarvis needs to be on the 40 man next year, then it made sense.

Even if he wasn't Jarvis's profile doesn't really excite me and is something the Brewers are great at producing. Doesn't have nasty breaking stuff or fastball velo that makes him a potential late inning reliever. Doesn't have a deep enough arsenal to stick as a starter and with the foundation of his lower velo FB its likely the ceiling of an up down long man / spot starter. Mets lack these type of arms but the Brewers as we have seen this year have 10 Jarvis types. Junk is a better version of Jarvis and he hasn't been up this year despite our needs.
