I’m not a fan of Pages. Plus, I think the Rays may need to move Mead to LF just to get him in the lineup. So even if the Rays trade Aroz, they really don’t need another outfielder.

I was looking into alts for that Glasnow for Pepiot/Stone deal that could leave the Dodgers with Pepiot. I see your point on Mead - his arm strength at 3B was concerning and feels like it could lose some tight games at inopportune moments in the future. And an Arozarena trade is (probably) happening sooner rather than later, but I think the Rays are going to need 2 OFs here in the near future with Margot a possibility to go due to the $$. Personally, I think Pages is a RF/Hunter Renfroe type due to his power and a cannon of an arm, which is a profile the Rays don't have at the top of the farm. I get that there's risk with his iffy contact ratings, but if the Rays can rotate Mead, Lowe, Raley and Pages around the COF spots once Randy is traded, it could be an effective and balanced combo (2 RHB, 2 LHB). Granted this is all dependent on how comfortable the Rays are with Raley as the backup CF.
