Agreed. I don't see any reason why Cleveland would trade Quantrill.
The Guardians would consider doing this deal if both Cal Quantrill and the Competitive Balance Lottery Pick was removed while Juan Yepez was added to the Guardians take and Aaron Civale was added to the Cardinals side of the deal. An added sweetener could be Owen Miller going to the Cardinals... Thoughts?
Civale would not be an improvement over Hudson. Nothing in that gives value to the Cards. I do not think these teams match up well as trade partners.
Probably not. They could likely do better for Quantrill.
