SD appears to win the value, but they can’t lose Miller, Estrada and Suarez from their bullpen and expect to compete. And Jordan Hicks doesn’t fill that gap. Plus I think they take on more money here. I know they want Duran, but I don’t think they want to destroy their team to get him.
